The EMPLOYEE OWNERSHIP ASSOCIATION (EOA) represents organisations which are employee owned or transitioning to employee ownership across the UK. See list of 246 company members.
The EOA Annual Conference is now in its 12th year and continues to grow as we expect more than 700 attendees to assemble on the 27 and 28 November.
Held at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole NEC, the EOA Annual Conference is the UK event where employee ownership meets to share, support and celebrate business excellence in employee owned businesses.
The conference, sponsored for a third year by EOA member CAPITAL FOR COLLEAGUES, is growing in line with the sector which now employs more than 200,000 employee owners across the UK.
This year’s conference will showcase the significant contribution of employee owned businesses on the UK economy as they deliver increased productivity, growth and resilience and better corporate behaviours.
It’s the place where delegates hear from, network with and share best practice with SMEs and global businesses that are employee owned or exploring employee ownership as well as meeting experts in subjects linked to employee ownership, from funding finance to engagement.
For the first time, the conference will be hosted over a full two-day programme where delegates will be able to get involved, become better informed and leave inspired.
The two-day programme offers:
· 5 Dedicated networking sessions
· 4 Engaging keynote speakers
· 27 Themed seminars and workshops
· 4 ‘Best in Class’ sessions featuring 2016 UK Employee Ownership Award Winners
· Gala Dinner and UK Employee Ownership Awards 2017
