Alex Gersh, ex-CFO of PADDY POWER BETFAIR Plc, joins CAZOO, the latest venture of ZOOPLA founder, Alex Chesterman. Cazoo will be the first company to allow people in the UK to research, view, finance, purchase, trade and order a car online. 5 months ago Cazoo raised £30m in seed round funding from Octopus Ventures, Stride.VC, Delin Ventures, dmg ventures and Entrée Capital.

According to AM Online: “Gersh joins Cazoo after spending six years as chief financial officer of FTSE 100-listed PADDY POWER BETFAIR where he oversaw the merger of two online betting operators and guided the business through its subsequent transformation, resulting in annual revenues of over £1.5bn.” Full article at
