3 months after its £25m investment from Adam Neumann, co-founder and CEO of WeWork, and partnership with UK Power Networks, FARADAY GRID appoints Mark Corben as Chief Financial Officer.
“Mark previously spent five years as the Chief Financial Officer of TIDEWAY, the investor-owned utility company building the Thames Tideway Tunnel in London. He was part of the executive team which set up the company and he led the process to raise equity and the multi-format debt capital markets programme. He previously worked for 17 years at investment bank UBS focusing on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and capital raising across Europe.”
