Accsys Technologies PLC (LSE:AXS and AS:AXS) is a fast-growing chemical technology group focused on the sustainable transformation of wood through acetylation.

The primary focus is on the production and licensing of Accoya® solid wood and Tricoya® wood elements technology. Manufactured through the group’s proprietary acetylation process, these sustainable products exhibit superior dimensional stability and durability compared with other natural and treated timber and wood elements (wood chips, fibres and particles).

Accsys Group’s operations comprise four principal business units:
1. The commercial scale Accoya® wood production facility in the Netherlands
2. The building and operating of the Tricoya® wood chip acetylation plant in Hull

4. Technology licensing

The group’s technologies and brands are internationally protected by patents and trademarks. They have been technically validated at full commercial production level, pilot-scale or are subject to independent validation by experts.
